RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

In compliance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers):

1. Right of withdrawal: The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal without needing to provide a reason.

2. How to exercise the right: By sending an email to support@nuvoraessentials.com indicating the order number and the return request.

3. Refund: Once the returned product has been received and verified, a full refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. Product condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with the packaging intact. Return shipping costs are covered by Nuvora.

5. Defective Products: If the product has a defect, Nuvora will cover the collection costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
