1. Shipping Scope Nuvora ships to all of Spain, including the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, as well as to countries in the European Union and the United States.

2. Delivery Times Orders are processed and shipped within 4 to 8 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the recipient's location.

3. Order Tracking Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number to track their shipment.

4. Shipping Issues: In case of delay, loss, or damage during transit, the customer must contact us at support@nuvoraessentials.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

5. Incorrect Address: Nuvora is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
